The Ottawa Hills Fall Festival and Marketplace committee will make booth assignments upon receipt of a signed contract, deposit, and rental fees. Artists, businesses, food and school groups will be interspersed throughout the marketplace. Vendor requests will be taken into consideration but are not guaranteed. A check for rental fee payment, a check for the deposit, and a signed contract is due by September 1, 2017.
Registrations submitted after September 1 should have the LATE REGISTRATION FEE of $25 per booth added to their payment. As confirmation of your registration, a confirmation packet will be mailed to you the week of September 12th. Please retain the packet as it includes your booth assignment and check-in information. Please remember to include two checks payable to OHSPA, as detailed in the contract under the sections Rental Fee and Deposit.
