Directory Access and Information

 

Under "My Account," click My Forms/Paperwork to perform any of the following:

 

To update your 2023-2024 directory information:

  1. Click Family Information. 
  2. Review "Parent Information" and make any updates as needed. Click Next Step.
  3. Review "Student Information" and click Save.

To update your 2023-2024 directory publishing preferences:

  1. Click Directory & Publish Preferences. 
  2. Indicate which information you would like included in the directory and click Save.

To purchase online access to the 2023-2024 directory: 

  1. Click on the Volunteer and Purchase tab above.
  2. Choose 2023-2024 Access to OHSPA's Directory (or just click here)
  3. Select quantity to 1 and click Add to Cart.
  4. You will be returned to the Online Account Management & Store screen. 
  5. Next, click Proceed to Checkout at the bottom of the page.
  6. Review your order and click Pay Now.
  7. Choose your payment method and follow the appropriate steps. 
  8. Confirm your order details and click Place Order.
  9. Your payment receipt will be displayed as well as a copy emailed to you. 

  10. Online access is valid until June 30, 2024. 

Membership Toolkit mobile app: 

OHSPA directory is available on mobile app, too.
Search for Membership Toolkit app on your mobile device. App is free of charge for Apple and Android users, but you must be a Membership Toolkit subscriber (register at OHSPA website). Download from App Store or Google Play. After you register at OHSPA website, you will enter the same login on mobile app.
